Contractor: Semenza Homes, Clifton Park, NY
Structure: Precast concrete paned patio deck with precast columns and footings.
LHV Precast produced four precast concrete columns at 2′ x 2′ x 12′ – 1″ with 7′-0″ x 7′-0″ x 1′-6″ footings, four 1′ x 1′-4″ x various lengths precast beams and three precast slabs at 32′ – 6″ long x various widths x 8″ thick.
All eleven precast pieces were set in one day. The slabs were then pinned with #6 rebar dowels through the 2″ diameter preformed sleeves.
Once the slabs were pinned the contractor would build a block fire place at the notch created in the slabs. The slabs were then finished with pavers on top.
