Team Bios and Emails

Robert Willis

Owner

President and Sales Manager of LHV Precast, Inc., Robert has been in the precast industry since 1972 and has been with LHV since 1982. He is a 1978 graduate of SUNY Delhi with an Associate’s Degree in Building Construction.

James Willis

Owner

Vice President of LHV, he is in charge of Production and Dispatch and joined the company in 1979. Jim is a 1979 graduate of Alfred State College with a degree in Construction Technology and has been in the precast industry since 1971.

Victor Bramble

Project Manager

Victor Bramble joined LHV in October of 2021 as a Sales Engineer. His concrete career began as a member of Ironworkers LU 417 for 16 years where he worked his way up from an apprentice to Foreman to Apprentice Instructor. He installed tons of rebar for bridge decks, abutments, foundations, Waste Water Treatment Plants, various projects at West Point Training Academy, and his favorite the Thruway / I84 interchange at exit 17. From there he sought out Higher Education, and enrolled and graduated from SUNY Orange with an A.A.S in Architectural Technology. So, now Instead of physically building America he decided to do it from the Computer. He then worked as a Drafter, Estimator, and Project Manager for 6 years honing his skills in the business of Construction, Concrete, Rebar, & Steel. In his spare time he is an avid cyclist that loves long rides on the road. His longest was a Century ride from Newburgh, NY to Minnewaska State Park and back that took about 9hrs.

Joseph Murphy

Project Manager

Joseph Murphy joined LHV in June 2020. An Ulster County native he brings a strong solutions based background in Construction and Construction Financing. He is a 1983 graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh. Joe is an avid skier, cyclist and windsurfer.

Stephen Wheatley

Project Manager

Stephen Wheatley resides in the Hudson Valley and joined LHV Precast in April of 2022 as Sales and Project Engineer. Stephen specializes in DOT drainage structures and special projects. He is an industry veteran starting as a draftsman in 2005 and working through several precast operations prior to joining the team at LHV Precast.

John Klassen

Chief Financial Officer

John Klassen joined LHV in October of 2021 as their CFO. He brings a background in construction and commercial banking to the team. A 1987 graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, he served in the US Army as an Air Defense officer from 1987 until 1992.

Kathy Hayman

Controller

Kathy Hayman joined LHV’s office staff in September 2010. She has advanced through several positions within the company and holds the title of Controller. She is key is pairing the needs of the engineering staff with the production team to meet client and contractor deadlines. Kathy is an avid animal advocate volunteering for various not-for-profit organizations supporting this mission.

Jack Williamson

Quality Control

Jack has been in the precast industry since 1994 and joined LHV in February 2000. He is the Quality Control Administrator. He is certified: ACI Grade 1, NPCA, and NETTCP. Currently, Jack is Quality Control Technician- 1 at LHV Precast.

Richard Halstein

Production Supervisor

Richard is a Production Manager at LHV Precast and has been with the company since 1989. He is ACI and NPCA Certified. “Skip’s” ability to take on the most challenging projects and production schedules cannot be measured.

Kyle Willis

Yard Supervisor

Kyle is the third and next generation to join the LHV Precast company family. He is a diesel mechanic and crane operator. One of his many assets he brings to LHV is his “youth”. LHV is growing and he will grow with it. Kyle joined LHV in 2009.

Richard “Dick” Willis

Founder Dick Willis established LHV Precast, Inc. in 1979 and was an industry leader until he retired in 1990. Mr. Willis continued to provide his experience and guidance for the company and his sons until his passing in September of 2020.

Clarice Willis

Co-founder Clarice Willis retired in 1990. Mrs. Willis was the Office Administrator during her tenure at LHV Precast.  She is still so proud of the company that today she maintains the landscaping around the main office on an annual basis.
