As part of the Ulster County plan to upgrade local bridges the Burgher Road Culvert project created a new span under Burgher Road. The culvert was 28 feet in length with attached wing walls on either end.
The project was won by Kingston Equipment Rental and supervised by Brian Jurkowski. Precast engineering was performed by Ron Thornton PE of Concrete Engineering Solutions. Site Crane was provided by Hudson Valley Crane of Poughkeepsie. Precast design and estimating was completed by Joe Murphy of LHV Precast
