Over the past three years, Kyle, Julio, and Tracy have dedicated themselves to completing the rigorous Master Precaster curriculum. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive education in all aspects of the precast concrete industry, including production, safety, technical knowledge, quality control, and leadership. Whether for newcomers to the industry or seasoned professionals looking to advance their careers, the Master Precaster Program equips participants with the skills and expertise needed to excel in the field.
The culmination of their hard work was celebrated on February 5, 2024, at The Precast Show in Indianapolis, where they were officially presented with their Master Precaster Certificates. This prestigious achievement not only reflects their individual dedication but also underscores LHV Precast’s commitment to empowering our employees through education and professional development.
