Meet The Speakers

Robert “Bob” Willis

President & Owner, LHV Precast Inc

With precast concrete experience spanning 5 decades, Bob has signed on with Goodflow Systems to introduce StormArc Stormwater Systems to the New York Market. A SUNY Delhi ‘78 graduate and lifelong New York resident, Bob’s experience with all of the components of underground water storage give him an excellent insight to the functional capabilities of the StormArc system.

Steve Wheatley

PROJECT MANAGER, LHV PRECAST INC

Steve’s 13 years of experience in precast drainage and stormwater structures has given LHV a strong eye and steady hand in introducing StormArc to New York State. His expertise in municipal and commercial applications is crucial to LHV’s success in improving New York State’s approach to underground stormwater handling.

Dan Burns

LEAD ESTIMATOR, LHV PRECAST INC

Dan Burns has developed his functional working knowledge of the StormArc Stormwater Detention system as the StormArc lead estimator at LHV Precast, Inc. Through various networking events, training, and presentations as a co-presenter under the tutelage of inventor Frank Currivan, he’s working to improve and advance New York’s handling of stormwater.

Agenda

Thursday, June 4, 2026 • 1:15 PM–4:00 PM

1:15 PM

Lunch & Networking

Kick off the event with a casual lunch and networking session designed to connect professionals across the industry. Meet and engage with engineers, developers, contractors, and municipal representatives while enjoying a complimentary lunch. This is a great opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss current challenges in stormwater management, and build valuable relationships before the educational sessions begin.

2:00 PM

Session 1: Advances in Precast Stormwater Management (1 PDH Credit)

Join us for an informative session exploring the latest innovations in underground stormwater management, with a focus on proven precast concrete systems like StormArc. This presentation will highlight how modern design approaches are transforming project efficiency—significantly reducing labor requirements, minimizing heavy equipment needs, and accelerating installation timelines. Attendees will gain valuable insight into how these advancements can improve constructability, optimize site utilization, and deliver cost-effective, long-term performance for today’s demanding development environments.

3:00 PM

Session 2: Live StormArc Installation Demonstration (1 PDH Credit)

Experience StormArc in action with a live, on-site installation demonstration that brings the system’s advantages to life. Attendees will see firsthand how the modular precast design streamlines the construction process—reducing labor demands, limiting the need for heavy equipment, and significantly shortening installation time. This hands-on session offers a practical look at real-world installation techniques, site considerations, and best practices, providing valuable insight into how StormArc delivers efficient, cost-effective stormwater solutions from the ground up.
