Stephen Wheatley resides in the Hudson Valley and joined LHV Precast in April of 2022 as Sales and Project Engineer. Stephen specializes in DOT drainage structures, marine docking and custom precast projects. He is an industry veteran starting as a Civil engineering draftsman in 2005 and moving into precast in 2013. Since switching to precast, he has worked through several precast operations prior to joining the team at LHV Precast.
